We were looking for a retirement home during downsizing. Douglas exceeded our expectations with his diligent work and work ethic. He wasn't in a rush to complete the deal but rather looking after our best interest and pointed out shortcomings of the properties we viewed. Fantastic service and great advice!

We found Douglas a genuine and passionate person. Our selling and buying occured at the beginning of the pandemic which really put a great deal of stress on us. Douglas listened to our concerns and managed all the showings in a very safe and professional manner. We ran into a challenging situation during our buying process but Douglas took the lead and resolved the issue for us. We would highly recommend Douglas for buying and selling real estate.

Before I sold my place I interviewed several agents before listing and I'm so glad that I found Douglas to represent me as my real estate agent. He is quick to reply and passionate about real estate and is a strong action taker. He went above and beyond my requests to help with the process and minimized delays. When my wife and I first purchased our condo on a pre-sale, we used another realtor and were not happy. We found Doug and decided to use him to sell our 915 sq. ft condo in the Tri-Cities in February 2021. I just wanted to communicate that Doug did a fantastic job. Some things you should to know about Doug: He is well-dressed, always prepared, organized, professional, a great negotiator, responds timely to questions, etc (ie: Whatsapp, text, & phone calls) and provides great customer service. I felt extremely comfortable when he reviewed the real estate contracts with me and he was very very patient. We have been so happy with Doug, we are now using him to find our new home. I recommend everyone who is looking to buy or sell to contact Doug and use him! You won't be disappointed. 5 Stars.
